La Cuisine Turque contribue au développement de l'enseignement culinaire sur la scène internationale.
Un nouveau programme d'enseignement de la cuisine turque au contenu riche accueille ses étudiants internationaux à Istanbul en février, en coopération avec l'école de cuisine française le Cordon Bleu 🇲🇫 et Université d'Ozyegin 🇹🇷
At #LeCordonBleu, we not only focus on French cuisine, we have many programs that celebrate the Cuisines of the World.
Our Turkish Cuisine Program, designed to be given by Le Cordon Bleu Chefs as well as Guest Chefs has a rich product content, deep-rooted history, deep culture, and recipes preserved for centuries The program will be given in English and the demonstration lessons will be translated into Turkish.
This comprehensive program will consist of 2 levels, each comprising practice sessions, demonstrations, theory lessons, and field trips.
